Job Responsibilities:
1) Review employee attendance, overtime, leaves, and medical certificate.

2) Involve in payroll management by checking attendance and preparing for salary, SOCSO, bonus calculation, etc.

3) Assisting in appointment and dealing with local authority like Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia, Labour Office, and others.

4) Process office administration documentation and prepare reports.

5) Organise and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, termination and training programs.

6) Create and distribute corresponding memos, meeting minutes, notices, and letters of the HR Departments.

7) Assisting in paper work, such as Xilnex system, transfer notes and invoicing, cross check bank in slips, cross check cash claims, price tags, cross check membership forms and fees, etc.

8) Assisting other admin (HR/Account) related task.

Job Requirements:
1) Academic: Diploma and above

3) Preferred Working Experience: Preferred to someone who have experience working in F&B / Retail / Hotel or equivalent

4) Language Skills: Proficiency with English and Malay in communication and

writing. Able to communicate in Chinese would be advantage.

5) Writing and Computer Skill: Able to perform required documentation and report

using Microsoft.
