**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement clinical software solutions in healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless integration and customization according to client needs.
- Assist in pre-sales presentation and conduct demonstrations, installations and commissions on the equipment at customer sites.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for healthcare staff on the use of our clinical software, both during initial implementation and ongoing support.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, resolving software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize clinical workflows and maximize the effectiveness of our software solutions.
- Document user feedback, software issues, and resolutions, and communicate them to the appropriate internal teams for further action.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare standards and regulations.
- Keep abreast of new features and updates to our clinical software solutions, and provide feedback to the software development team.
- Represent on behalf of company at client meetings, conferences, and product demonstrations as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Health Informatics, Biology, Science or related field.
- At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, on the job training will be provided.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
- Experience with implementing and supporting clinical software solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Willing to travel & possess own transport

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
