- Preferably Non-Executive, specialized in service line or equivalent will be in advantage.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist walk in owner / tenants regarding any enquiries, complaint, outstanding and payment details.
- Handling of incoming and out call to/from owner / tenants pertaining to all matters.
- Prepare disconnection notice for each block and check the cut off list.
- Performed routine administrative task, develop and maintain filling system as required.
- Check and reconcile the bank payment slip in the bank statement given by finance.
- Planning Schedule for reminder, disconnection and cut-off date.
- Familiar with computerised accounting system such as Auto count.
- Excellent organisational, problem solving, good communication skill.
- Additional experience in Audit and International Accounting.
- Follow up payment as needed.
- To handle AR/AP, Bank reconciliation, data entry.
- Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedure and following within team.
- Office administrative duties and full fill any other responsibilities tasks to be assigned by superior.
- To take any additional responsibilities as required to meeting the Company’s needs.
- Undertakes ad-hoc projects supporting the team projects and tasks when required.om owner / tenants pertaining to al matters.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
