Accounts Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Costing - Check daily batch costing, prepare monthly costing summary, check new BOM update, perform standard cost and TP update for new SKUs, assist in half-yearly revision of standard cost & TP for SU/CS cost center.
2) Fixed assets - Create fixed asset master, check monthly depreciation run in SAP, prepare monthly CAPEX & Depreciation report and assist in yearly fixed asset count exercise.
3) Inventory - Take part in JB plant monthly inventory count exercise.
4) Interco Billing - Issue debit/credit note to inter-co for expenses paid on behalf, goods return, damaged goods etc.
5) Accrual - Prepare monthly accrual journal for admin/office expenses, freight & transport and contract workers.
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma in Accounting, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree
- Can use Microsoft Excel and Word
- Possess own transport
- Working location in Pandan, Johor Bahru
- At least 1 year working experience
