We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Operations to lead and oversee the operational functions of our Edutech Campus Management System. The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring seamless and efficient management of our campus technology solutions.

**Responsibilities**

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan for the Edutech Campus Management System.
- Provide innovative insights and recommendations to enhance operational processes, customer experience, and market positioning.

2. Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Edutech Campus Management System, ensuring seamless execution of student enrollment, scheduling, academic records, and administrative processes.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency and user experience.

3. Technology and Innovation:

- Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive technology initiatives, system upgrades, and enhancements to support the campus management platform's growth and innovation.
- Stay informed about technological trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the edutech industry.

4. Financial Management:

- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense management for the Edutech Campus Management System operations.
- Develop and implement cost-efficient strategies to optimize resource allocation and maximize value for educational institutions.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance the skill set and expertise of the operational team.

6. Customer Experience:

- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Officer to ensure exceptional customer experience through user-friendly interfaces, responsive support, and transparent communication.
- Monitor and address user feedback and concerns to continuously improve service quality.

7. Partnerships and Relationships:

- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with educational institutions, technology providers, and industry associations.
- Represent the company in relevant forums, conferences, and events to enhance visibility and credibility in the edutech sector.

8. Reporting and Communication:

- Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and board of directors on operational performance, key milestones, and strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Education, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of leadership and operational management in the edutech or tertiary education industry.
- **Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations of tertiary education (universities and colleges) or 5 years of experience in edutech involving tertiary education.**:

- Strong understanding of educational technology solutions, campus management systems, and software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Experience in scaling operations and managing high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
