**Description**
We are an-established subsidiary of one of the leading veterinary pharmaceutical industries in south east asia, with core business activities in the field. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a **General Manager**
As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for key responsibilities as below:
**Job Scope**
- Overseeing the day-to-day business operations
- Developing and implementing strategies plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Evaluating performance and productivity
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities, new markets, and potential business partnerships to expand the company’s market presence
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and revenue-generating opportunities to improve profitability
- Communicating effectively with the managing director, board of directors, executive team, and employees to keep them informed of company performance, strategic initiatives, and other relevant matters
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across all the departments
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in this managerial position
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the veterinary pharmaceutical or animal health industry
- Strong decision-making ability
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
- Excellent communication, collaboration, delegation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive change, innovate, and adapt to market trends and business needs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
