Personal Assistant to Director

1. Managing day to day general admin matters and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
2. Handle routine and advance duties for other professionals including organizing while preparing documents and reports, manage to schedule appointments and other general staff support.
3. Dealing with incoming mail, post often corresponding on behalf as instructed by the Director.
4. Liaising with client, supplier and other colleagues.
5. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
2. Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. At least 1 -2 years of working experience and Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply.
4. Need to be Multilingual (Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia ) -Verbal & Written.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication.
6. Pleasant personality, good attitude, independent and efficient.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
