**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**
- Work directly with the CEO
- Responsible and assist CEO for daily office activities or operation
- Managing the CEO day-to-day administrative and operational matters
- Making appointments, coordinating business schedules, itinerary, minutes of meeting and general correspondence
- Willing to take on more job responsibilities when need arises
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required
- Competent in Microsoft office particularly Microsoft excel, word and power point for filing and documentation.
- Must know and lead human resource

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma in business studies/administration/management, secretarial or equivalents
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Good people skills, interpersonal communication skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- A fast learner, organize and can work smart
- Can work independently, self-motivated and able to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English
- Able to work irregular hours to fulfill responsibilities.
- Able to travel when required
