Finance & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
- Handle payments, cheque issuance, remittance transfers, staff claims, and petty cash, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
- Perform daily collection and payment reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy.
- Conduct general ledger bookkeeping to keep accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports and analyses to support managerial decision-making.
- Collaborate with the manager to ensure timely preparation of management reports and analyses.
- Provide administrative assistance by liaising with banks, company secretary, and managing filing systems.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned from time to time, contributing to the overall efficiency of financial and administrative processes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
- A minimum of one (1) year of working experience in a related field is required.
- Ability to work effectively within a team with minimum supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
