Executive - Finance & Administration

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and process Accounts Payable and Account Receivable transactions, payments, cheque issuance, remittance transfers, staff claims and petty cash including matching and verifying accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
- Perform daily collection and payment reconciliation.
- Perform general ledger book keeping and reporting.
- Support manager in preparation of management reports and analysis in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support e.g. liaise with bank, company secretary, filing and etc.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work with a team with minimum supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,669.80 - RM4,000.00 per month
