**Responsibilities**:
- Contact existing clients to gather information and provide updates on the company's products and services
- Schedule and arrange customer meetings for the CEO, including necessary travel arrangements
- Assist the office manager with tasks related to finance, HR, and other operational functions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all administrative activities **Ensure timely and efficient completion of all tasks**
