**Job Overview: -**

**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Perform various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for staff members.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Company asset management such as office supplies, inventory, and procurement of equipment or services as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee office maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare invoice / Do / Po / Quotation.
- Take charge of shipping arrangement and manage all import and shipping related matter.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide administrative support to other departments and assist with special projects as assigned.
- Perform / undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job/project as and when required by the management/superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements: -**
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Team player with ability to work well under pressure and to adapt in a fast-paced changing environment.
- **Comfort in a start-up environment and ability to work independently with mínimal direction.**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Must be able to speak and write in both English and Chinese due to business requirement. Able to communicate in Cantonese will be an added advantage**_._
- **Open for local Malaysian only.**
