**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (What Awaits You)**
- Develop and execute strategic B2B online marketing campaigns on Meta, Linkedin, Google, and TikTok, leveraging expertise in campaign optimization and targeting. Knows how to attract qualified leads based on technical & creative setup.
- Funneling expertise; Able to come up with Customer Touchpoint Mapping to Identify and document all potential touchpoints where customers interact with your campaign; in order to set up the funnel accordingly
- Campaign Management: Able to plan out a campaign planner and execute according to a given timeline. Ability to strategize, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Proven experience in executing and managing diverse B2B campaigns within the SAAS & tech industry.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitors. Stay informed of emerging trends and adapt strategies to leverage new opportunities. Adapt & experiment with new digital marketing trends, technologies, and creative approaches to maintain a cutting-edge campaign strategy. Demonstrate flexibility in adopting new tools.
- Analyze campaign data, interpret into readable data, explain performance metrics to HOD & CMO daily, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using analytical tools to interpret campaign data & optimize paid ad campaigns to achieve lower Cost Per Lead (CPL). Regularly analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**REQUIREMENT (Your Qualifications Make You Shine)**
- Minimum 4-5 Years of experience in handling digital marketing for B2B business models and software as a service product.
- Ownership Mentality:Taking pride and ownership in the quality and impact of the produced campaign, ensuring it aligns with the company's brand and objectives.
- Well versed in B2B campaigns within the SAAS or tech industry.
- Proficiency in using analytical, CRM automation tools & design tools.
- Expertise in lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong command of the English (preferred) & Malay (Mandarin as added bonus) language with proven experience in crafting persuasive and impactful copies especially for the B2B segment.
