**Operation Support Executive (Malaysia, KL)**

**Responsibilities**
- Give support to planning, procurement and logistics team
- Ensure finished products are constructed according to specification and delivered on time and in order.
- Plan & implement effective warehousing practices.
- Be up-to-date with production and delivery schedule at all times.
- Ensure premise is well-maintained and operations are safe and optimal.
- Assist in arranging of transport and prepare delivery and collection orders.
- Ensure supplies and finished goods are delivered timely and in good condition.
- Perform record-keeping, stock movement control of all materials, tools & kits.
- Account for inventory and assist in good warehousing practice.
- Be responsible for data entry, documentation, prepare printed materials and report compilation.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Responsible, team-player and organized
- A team player with sense of task ownership.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- At least 2 years working experience
