- **We need you for**:_
- **Business Partnering**: Collaborate with business units, operations, and supply chain teams to manage inventories and manufacturing cost-related matters.
- **Cost Accounting Analysis**: Analyze cost accounting data and assist with physical inventories, including treatment, movement, and transactions.
- **Month-End Closing**: Responsible for month-end closing activities, including preparing necessary journal entries, analyzing inventory evaluation, roll-forward, variances, and accruals.
- **Gross Margin Analysis**: Prepare and report monthly and quarterly gross margin analysis by CE business line and product.
- **Fixed and Variable Costs**: Review and analyze fixed and variable cost reports, conduct research, and provide commentary on cost behaviors.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Coordinate and prepare annual operating plan (AOP) manufacturing cost budget, ensuring alignment with absorption rates.
- **Internal Controls and Compliance**: Maintain internal control documentation, support Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 implementation, and assist with audit and tax schedules.
- **Costing System Coordination**: Work with IT for costing system issues, maintenance, and development related to production, purchasing, accounts payable, and other areas.
- **Your superpower**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- **3 to 5 years** of relevant working experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
