Front Desk Admin Clerk Officer

**Job Scope**
1.To attend to enquiries via counter and call centre
2.Collect payment (by Cheque,Credit Card,Giro)
3. Handle Bulk Payment submission by direct/indirect customers
4. Segregate and batch scanning request Slip(SRS) documents for scanning purposes
5. To check all proposals and relevant documents
6. Ensure prompt attention to all telephone and counter enq.
7. Responsible for delivery of customer service standards-SOP
8. Assume other related responsibility as may be directed by management.
9. Involvement of Customer & Marketing activities (whenever required)
10. Adhoc task from HOD (whenever required)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: RM1,900.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
