**PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION)**:
Provide leadership, plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the Sales Operations to ensure that the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. Responsible to organize and oversee the daily operations of our Company for the optimal performance of all Sales Operations functions against annual corporate objectives. The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the Company’s operations to facilitate accelerating business development exercises and activities and long-term success.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Part 1** -Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs
- Liaise with Management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress and identify and report external factors that may impact Company’s business development and growth activities
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics to establish key performance indicators for operations and delivery activities and report performance to ensure set targets are met to promote profitability
- Review sales information and adjust sales & operational results to meet key business operations targets as forecasted
- Coordinate business operations and provide direction and structure to optimise internal resources for delivery of business & sales targets
- Continuously review working practices and monitor external benchmarks to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative and promote their implementation to maintain a continuous improvement mindset

**Part 2** - Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above
- Reviewing and approving equipment needs
- Supervise and coach subordinates and provide performance feedback for continuous improvement
- Management relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
- Ensure that the Company comply with all safety and statutory requirements and conformity to established standard operating procedures and related rules & regulations
- Investigating customer satisfaction and reporting any issues
- Working with other HODs to get the best performance from staff
- Review and setting of budgets throughout the Operations Division
- Make recommendations to close or relocate unprofitable or not business viable outlets

**JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS**:
**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Hospitality or Business discipline.
- Professional certification in Operations Management or Project Management is a definite plus

Experience
- More than 10 years’ experience in the F&B industry with at least 5 to 7 years in a managerial position
- Proven experience as Group Operations Manager or equivalent position
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service, HR etc)
- Effective commercial experience in running a business
- Proven track record to quickly establish key issues and efficiently organize self and others to deliver solutions, with efficient management of financial and other resources to support service delivery
- Experience in managing multiple brands and able to strategize unique plans for each individual brand
- Experience of staff management including leading a team and of prioritising and managing resources through others to meet business goals

- Evidence of visionary and decisive leadership with the ability to inspire staff across the organisation to explore and adopt new operating procedures in support of effective and efficient resource management
- Ability to influence at all levels, as well as a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and be assertive in driving successful management strategies
- Able to take tough decisions and sustain momentum, pushing for timely action
- Good knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

**Salary**: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
