**Responsibilities**:

- As an L2 support expert in the database field of cloud product technology, provide expert service support for cloud products to customers, responsible for quickly identifying and analyzing solutions to escalation issues.
- Coordinate with the development team to drive bug fixes and architectural optimizations for cloud products based on customer feedback. Drive the implementation of backend diagnostic tools and user-side self-diagnostic tools.
- Organize official technical best practices and solutions to guide users in the proper use of cloud products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, communications, or related fields with at least 5 years of traditional/internet business system DevOps/operations/development experience; Excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
- Rich experience in database kernel, operation, development, and implementation.
- Familiar with one or more of the relational databases: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
- Familiar with one or more of the non-relational databases: Redis, MemCache, MongoDB, Hbase.
- Familiar with one or more scripting languages: Python, Ruby, VB script, familiar with various operating systems and their principles, experience in windows server, linux, unix operations is preferred.
- Familiar with the working principles of TCP/IP, proficient in using various network troubleshooting tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and quick problem-solving skills, proficient technical documentation writing ability and work habits, and adept at learning new technologies; Excellent communication skills, teamwork experience, professionalism, and consistently putting customers first in both words and actions.
