A trade Settlements process which team is responsible to ensure clients trade instruction’s are processed accordingly as per the SLA ensuring they are settled on a timely basis._ _

**The Opportunity**:

- To continuously provide high quality processing services to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the specified Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure completion of processing tasks in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Demonstrates ways to improve customer service, increase productivity and accuracy.
- Work well independently; complete assigned tasks within the established timeframe, complete regular assignments without reminders or additional requests.
- Demonstration of team-work through processing requirement and participation in meetings, activities which promotes team spirit.
- Adherence to Group core standards, compliance, regulatory, internal security and process standards at all times.
- To be aware of the operational risk that associated with the role, and to ensure that all actions during the employment with HSBC take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring

**What you’ll do**:

- Drive customer centric Quality initiatives.
- Effectively mitigate identified Operational Risks.
- Comply with Group’s statutory audit standards.
- Cost efficient /Process Improvement
- Acquire and consistently keep yourself updated on the procedures related to the process
- Work in productivity based environment with critical deadlines.
- Ensure all data are input accurately and in a timely manner into all systems inclusive of I-CATS
- Ensure quality and productivity standards are maintained
- Deal with the specific requirements for the various markets/functions end to end (Trade Capture, pre-matching & settlements)
- To perform relative roles based on task assigned in accordance to specific queues
- Ensure highest level of accuracy on respective role to avoid re-edits and achieve/exceed targeted accuracy rate
- Ensure all PLA parameters are met on a daily and monthly basis
Requirements

**What you will need to succeed in the role**:

- Requires strong numeric and analytical skills.
- Must posses and excellent command of English.
- Attention to details
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data
- Ability to multi task

**What additional skills will be good to have?**_ _**
- Knowledge in securities for global custody and direct custody
- Advance or expert knowledge & skill set in Excel
