- Liaising, communicating and maintaining good business relationship with travel agents, hotels, and airlines.
- Facilitate payments for hotel bookings and work on credit card reconciliation.

- Additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**; Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience preferably travel administration and assistance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
- Computer skills is required.
