**Job Descriptions**:

- To attend to all incoming calls, general enquiries, guests and walk-in visitors.
- Arrange for courier service and handle incoming/outgoing mails, documents and faxes.
- Assist in filing, typing, and other ad-hoc functions.
- Perform any administrative duties as assigned from time to time by Superior or Management.
- Maintain and upkeep the cleanliness of the Reception area and meeting room.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): English.
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sense of initiative and responsibility.
