HR & Admin Manager

**Job Scope**
- Lead and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative activities.
- Implementing employment policies, practices and staff compensation and benefits.
- To ensure compliance and proper record keeping for the entire HR process
- Handle employee grievances and advise Management on disciplinary issues, and all other employee relations matters.
**Qualification Required**
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, meticulous and have good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the Labour & Employment Law in Malaysia and other relevant statutory acts.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.
- Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions.
- Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.
**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Miri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
