**Service Crew at Cold Stone Creamery (**_**KSL City Mall, Paradigm Mall & Johor Bahru**_**)**

**Positione Overview**:
As a Service Crew member at Cold Stone Creamery, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their orders, prepare and serve ice cream creations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. _Customer Service:_
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in choosing from our menu of ice cream flavors and toppings.
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions customers may have about our products.
- Ensure prompt and efficient service to maintain customer satisfaction.

2. **Food Preparation and Serving**:

- Prepare and serve ice cream creations according to Cold Stone Creamery's standards and recipes.
- Use proper portioning techniques to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Handle and maintain ice cream ingredients and toppings in a hygienic manner.
- Operate ice cream machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.

3. _Cash Handling and POS Operations:_
- Process customer orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide accurate change to customers.
- Balance cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
- 4. Store Maintenance:_
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as napkins, cups, and toppings as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including wiping counters, tables, and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees.

**Qualifications**:

- SPM or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or food service industry is a plus. (1 year working experience)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the store.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity for handling equipment and utensils.
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, and reach in order to perform cleaning and stocking tasks.
