- Responsible for the new sales opportunity, managing new sales activity to achieve the sales KPI via online selling platform.
- Responsible for sales target and conversion rate of e-Store.
- Ensuring new products are on the site.
- Handle all enquiries from customers in a professional manner. Proceed order and prepare order for delivery to customer.
- Maintain good relationship and positive engagement with customer.
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
- Monitor E-commerce sales and coordinate shipping

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate encourage to apply
- Knowledge of E-commerce is highly advantageous.
- Good attention to detail.
- Proficient in Chinese ,English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good writing and presentation skills.
- Presentable with good social skills, able to interact with partners and sales force.
- Good design eye/interest in working with fashion a plus.
- Resourceful, responsible and flexible to changes.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
