**Job Title: Customer Service Representative (E-commerce Platforms)**
**Location: Penang, Malaysia**
**Job Type: Full Time, Hybrid**
**Salary Range: RM 2000 - RM 3000 per month**

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers through various channels to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
- Manage order processing and ensure timely delivery of products
- Administer customer accounts, including updating information and processing refunds or returns
- Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with the platform
- Collect feedback from customers to improve services and products
- Prepare client reports on customer interactions and feedback

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 years of working experience in customer service or related field
- Post-secondary education or diploma in a relevant field
- Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode, combining remote and in-office work
- Fluency in the relevant local language(s), Chinese and English is often required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
