Customer Service Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and request through phone communication.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries.
- Handle, escalate and resolve customer complaints.
- Record customer information and communication records.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute ideas to make continues improvements.
- Consistent in delivering excellent service standards to customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of people.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- Pleasant personality and courteous at all times.
- Good team player and willingness to learn.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
