**Job Title**: Customer Service Logistics Specialist**

**Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor's degree**
**Years of Working Experience**: 1-3 years**
**Salary Range**: RM 2500 to RM 3500**

- Provide excellent customer service support through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Assist in sales and marketing activities to promote products and services
- Monitor and track shipments, inventory levels, and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve customer experience
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales & marketing, and logistics management
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and local languages
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
