**Salary Range**: RM 2000 - RM 3000**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with remittance transactions and inquiries
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding remittance services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery of remittance orders
- Utilize sales and marketing techniques to promote remittance services
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively

**Skills Required**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in logistics management
- Sales and marketing experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service, remittance, or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
