Handling inquiries through various channels (Whatsapp, Website,Facebook)
- Inbound and outbound calls(Promoting company's services)
- Close enquiry sales
- Admin duties
- Customer data updates in ERP systems ,proper documentation and file keeping
- Upkeep quality of services and handling customer complaint
- Handling counter operation including appointment arrangement
- Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee
- Participate in company events
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Carry out all instructions given by supervisor

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
