Customer Service Executive

Handling customer's complaints.
- Prepare quotation for customers.
- Process orders for timely production.
- Follow up with customer for new project and orders.
- Obtain customers feedback on pricing, quality and services.
- Update and communicate the status of new product development.
- Gather market and product info from customers and report to management.
- Handle and arrange the transportation and forwarding issue related to customer.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (required)
