Job Description:

- Assist in meeting scheduling and coordination, receive and direct visitors before the meeting starts
- Fielding telephone calls and enquiries to the right person
- Assist in coordination with external parties, compilation of documents required for loan facilities or corporate exercise etc
- Handle all travel arrangements including accommodation, flight ticket bookings, cash advances and transfer arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems, general database and archive
- Assist in accounting functions such as data input into accounting system
- Assist in office inventory supplies and maintenance of office equipment

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial or any related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferably in accounts/finance environment
- Proactive with positive working attitude, multi-tasking and able to work under minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Good verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
- Knowledge of general accounting principles is an added advantage

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
