**Job Purpose**:
A document controller in responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Receive, scanning and register into Master List of all incoming correspondence address to HQ Office.
- Distribute / circulate all the incoming hard copy correspondence to Secretary and Project Site Document Controller for further action and notes by the Project Director
- Distribute / circulate all the incoming hard copy correspondence to Internal Department that are not related to the project documentation
- Scan and upload all the project Confidential and Commercial correspondence into Team Binder In eight EDMS for record and archiving.
- Checking, Sorting and photocopy to the stated recipient of all hard copy outgoing letter and pass to Dispatch for courier.
- Ensure of all hard copy outgoing letter acknowledgement are properly record and file.
- To perform any other related job duties when required by the Document Control Manager and Management Team from time to time.

**Experience**:

- Knowledge of SmartSolve Document Management or Team Binder and document capture/image capture systems
- Minimum of 1 year experience in document or records management
- Experience working with many file types
- Ability to find and preserve paper documents
- Basic understanding of construction documents

**Educations/Qualifications**:
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
