About the Role
Develop clear and concise User Acceptance Test (UAT) Test Plans for digital projects and enhancements
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure test environments and any specific UAT requirements are set up in readiness for test execution
Execute testing and analyze test outputs for accuracy and completeness
- Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate UAT signoff by ensuring that all functionalities have been tested, defects have been identified and documented, impacts have been assessed, and resolutions provided-
- Review and signoff User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan with stakeholders-
- Prepare user guides and provide training to end users on the relevant improvements-
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve UAT defects-
- Report UAT progress and highlight key areas of risk and issues.-
- Forward thinker in anticipating the potential problem that may arise and provide proactive solutions promptly.-
- Openness to learning new methodologies and ways of automation- Job Requirements:
- Degree: Preferably in Business IT, Computer Science or a related discipline-
- Experience: At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in Insurance Industry-
- Meticulous and able to manage priorities to meet deadlines-
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in engaging key stakeholders-
- Digitally-savvy with a passion for optimising digital experiences-
