Responsible for office purchases, maintaining office cleanliness, and ensuring office safety.
- Arrange travel and manage office licenses.
- Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and attend to courier services.
- Process PRs/POs for office and HR expenses.
- Organize company events and festive celebrations.
- Perform other administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Business Support role / Office Administrative with **MNC **environment is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Confident, Presentable, and with pleasant personality.
- Computer literacy

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
