Centre Manager

**Responsibilities**
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the overall smooth operation of the centre
- Supervise and develops the performance of all department’s head and their respective departments, including Customer Care, Nursing, Sales and Marketing, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Accounting, Human Resource, to ensure the highest level of guest and employee satisfaction in a cost efficient manner.
- Ensure all employee supports Company Core Values.
- Monitor and achieve the objectives of the Annual Business Plan, including Sales Strategies, Pricing, Yield Management and the Operations/Capital Budget.
- Ensure all Centre policies and procedures are fully implemented in all departments.
- Develop and supervise programs that promote a positive work environment for all employees, insuring that all employment related processes comply with local and national regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all period-end financial statements and reports, and provides controls to ensure the proper handling and accounting for all receipts.
- Responsible for compliance to all company standards.
- To ensure postpartum meal is presented truthfully.
- Provide routine forecasting and financial re-projections that correspond to forecasted sales.
- Maintain credit policies of the Centre.
- Conduct monthly staff meetings to report key operating results to staff in areas of financial performance, employee development and customer service. Develop exchange of ideas, suggestions and comments between staff and management.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the service of nursing, food and beverages, guest services, auxiliary services, housekeeping, maintenance and staff development
- Assign tasks and priorities, coordinate resources.
- Promoting and marketing the business;
- Maintaining statistical and financial records;
- Recruiting, training and monitoring staff;
- Immediately and effectively dealing with customer complaints and comments;
- Addressing problems and troubleshooting;
- Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly;
- Supervising maintenance, supplies and furnishings;
- Dealing with contractors and suppliers;
- Ensuring security is effective;
- Carrying out inspections of property and services on a consistent and frequent basis.
- To undertake any task or assignment as may be assigned to you by your immediate superior or management from time-to-time.
**Requirement**:
- Diploma or Degree in any field preferably in a health-related field
- Previous job experience in Postnatal Care, Healthcare or Hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in Chinese and English - both verbal and written, multi-lingual will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work in shift
- Must be willing to work on weekend and public holiday
- Computer knowledge in Windows environment
- Customer care and service minded
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
