As Sales and Marketing Representative, you play important role in lead generation and consultative selling to prospect customers, marketing of timber products, generate sales revenue for continuous growth of the Company.

.**In addition, you will be responsible to**:
**Sales and Customer Relationship Management**:

- Identify and target potential customers in the construction, woodworking, and other industries that require timber products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

**Digital Marketing and Social Media**:

- Create engaging content for social media platforms, such as TikTok and Facebook, to promote timber products.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media.
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and social media.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.
- Analyze customer preferences and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Product Knowledge and Promotion**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's timber products and services.
- Create marketing materials, brochures, and digital content to promote timber products.
- Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions to showcase products and services.

**Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, reports, and sales pipelines.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing metrics, such as conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

**What you'll need to succeed in this role**:

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, digital marketing or a related field is often preferred.
- Possess minimum 1 year working experience in sales and digital marketing, especially on social media platforms like Tiktok and Facebook, preferably in the timber or construction industry.
- Experience creating and managing content on platforms like TikTok and Facebook, including knowledge of algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and creating marketing materials.
- Ability to negotiate effectively to secure contracts and agreements.
- Problem solving skill, self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Competence in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Willing to travel to meet with customers & attend events.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
