**Job description**
- To handle and manage end-to-end order administration processing for sales online process.
- To create engaging content for various social media platforms to promote Company products, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
- To monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
- To provide after sales support to customers on cancellation order, delivery and shipment issue and etc.
- To escalate and assist to resolve any sales and after sales customers’ related issue to immediate supervisor for resolution or further execution activity.
- To support marketing related activities, such as create marketing materials, brochures, and digital content and etc.
- Perform any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or other relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in sales and digital marketing, especially on social media platforms like Tiktok and Facebook.
- Experience in creating and managing content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, customer-oriented and able to work as a team.
- Must be computer literate.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
