Responsibilities:

- Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond to online (social media) queries, comments etc
- To coordinate workflow by managing appointment schedules, follow ups and manage internal team’s monthly roster
- Handles cash, sales, transactions and ensure accurate daily sales record
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping, minute writing and distribution of items to internal colleagues
- Set up meeting room for all meetings and assist in event management
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Manage inventories and stock keeping
- Scheduling of office maintenance service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 per month
