我們正在尋找駐馬來西亞吉隆坡的【**客戶成功經理**】。

**主要責任**
- 成為螞蟻金服全球支付產品的專家，積極在跨境支付產業推廣我們的產品和服務，為生態系統帶來影響
- 推動螞蟻金服全球支付標準成為國際公認標準
- 推動合約談判並與銷售團隊合作完成交易
- 確保產品和服務的成功實施
- 跨多個內部團隊（包括行銷、LCAP、業務開發、數據和營運團隊）進行有效協作，推動協調並確保合作夥伴計畫的成功實施。
- 聽取客戶的意見，找出差距並與內部團隊保持一致，找到解決客戶痛點的最佳解決方案
- 參與長期客戶成功計劃並發現潛在的交叉銷售機會

**資格**
- 5年以上全球支付公司工作經驗，熟悉跨國支付產品及標準
- 具支付、金融/金融科技的國際經驗者優先
- 優秀的溝通和表達能力
- 在面向客戶的角色方面擁有豐富的經驗，並在產品培訓/產品演示、專案交付和客戶支援方面擁有追蹤記錄
- 能夠適應快節奏的環境和快速變化的市場
- 客戶成功或客戶管理經驗優先
