Responsibilities:
Independently handle own job scopes and cooperate with other departments to complete the work,

guiding junior to assist if necessary

Pre tender stage
- Fully handle the entire process including: attend tender/quotation briefing and extract client’s needs, request quotation from contractor/supplier, quantity measurement, prepare costing and BQ including other complete documents to submit to client as per requirement

Post tender stage
- Explain and identifying project scopes to team, keep track of materials ordering and delivery and also progress on site, select and awarding subcon/supplier, record additional/omission works and submit quotation, prepare and submit progress claim, final account and invoice, handling contractual matters, close contact with project manager and client to settle conflicts on site if any

Typical duties include:
Liaising with internal team including boss, site managers, purchaser, account, admin, subcontractor and supplier.

Liaising with the client and their team including other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.

Solve client queries.

Attend site visit occasionally for client call, joint measurement, discussion etc.

Preparing reports, analysis, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other required documents by project.

Pricing/forecasting the cost of the different components needed for a project.

Sourcing construction materials.

Sourcing and negotiate with competitive subcontractors/suppliers to quote and work for the project.

Do costs comparison and look for solutions to save cost.

Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections in line with these.

Measuring and valuing the work done on site.

Dealing with financial and legal problems.

Prepare payment cert to subcontractors & suppliers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
