With a workforce exceeding 70 employees based in Johor Bahru, they are currently seeking a dynamic Quantity Surveyor for a managerial position. - Organize project activities at side to ensure quality work.
- To organize and coordinate the work of sub contraction and staff.
- Ensure inspection of work is carried out to ensure quality work.
- Ensure the material equipment, machinery & tools are available for daily work.
- Ensure the progress of work completion as per scheduled.
- Check and resolve discrepancies between structure and architecture drawings and other information required pertaining to the construction detail
- Undertake any tasks assigned by General Manager.

**Requirements**:
3. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in building construction.

4. With Strong communication skills and execution abilities.

5. Required language(s): Mandarin(required),Bahasa Malaysia, English.

6. Full-Time position(s) available.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
