**Overview**

The Learning and Professional Development (LAPD) team is responsible for empowering employees’ growth and developing their knowledge, skills and capabilities to drive better business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Senior Manager in designing and implementing learning strategies, managing training programs, and developing employees’ skills and knowledge
- Facilitate and manage both internal and external leadership & business skills training
- Responsible for vendor assessments to ensure the availability of high-quality learning resources which are relevant to the Firm’s needs
- An opportunity in facilitating trainings for BDO ASEAN colleagues
- Responsible to ensure maximum claim utilisation of HRDC fund is met for each training session in place for the Firm
- Execute standard and ad-hoc reports for management’s review
- Assist any related administrative matters, when necessary

**Education and professional skills/ knowledge**

**Experience & Education**:

- A recognised degree in Accounting and/or a related professional qualification
- Current and former auditors with 3 to 4 years of working experience who are looking for

opportunities in learning and professional development are highly desirable.
- Have experience in facilitating trainings/programmes are highly desirable.
- Have experience in organizing events and trainings are highly desirable.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
