**Job Summary**:

- Assist customers with order placement using magento CMS platform, product inquiries, and order-related issues.
- Provide optimal suggestions to customers to purchase other relevant products that would be beneficial to customers and (or) enjoy maximum benefit of any ongoing campaigns and promotions in TWS website.
- Provide guidance on payment processes and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Reach out to customers for payment clarifications, exchanges, and refunds.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing customer inquiries.
- Process orders in Magento and ensure accurate delivery of payment links to customers.
- Handle inquiries regarding order status, amendments, cancellations, and returns.
- Clarify product details, warranty information, and usage instructions for customers.
- Liaise with merchants to obtain accurate product information when needed.
- Build rapport with customers and identify upselling opportunities during interactions.
- Meet or exceed upsell targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Job Requirement**:

- Possess a Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent, with at least 1 year of related experience in a Contact Centre.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability in business writing and strong typing skills.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated teamwork and sales acumen, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Willingness to work flexible (24/7) shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Passion for assisting customers and effectively promoting ongoing promotions on the TWS website and MPL's promotion mechanics to drive sales.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
