The relationship with our client started in 2009 and has been growing globally within the IFM sector, extensively covering EMEA and APAC, while recently expanding into Construction projects The account has a portfolio in excess of 17.5 M sq/ft, across 20 countries with larger sites located in China, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Ireland and Israel. with 850 staff on JLL’s payroll and 2,100 dedicated vendor staff. The client is expanding rapidly across the regions, so in the next 1.5 years, another 2.5m sqm will be added to the portfolio. For our client we execute the majority of FM and small construction project services, both technical and non-technical on behalf of our client.

The Super Region Energy Manager (SREM) will be a key factor in developing this ongoing client relationship.

The SREM is a new role for the account and is a great opportunity for a dynamic self-starter, the role will be pivotal in driving the account success, the role will operate within and across the super region team (APAC & EMEA) and offers a diverse mix of cultures, responsible to provide the focus and leadership to meet the accounts strategic objectives, acting as the single point of contact and support for the client and the site teams.

The opportunity is to target is a 5% saving year on year (25% over 5 years), across power / water and gas utilities, target 40 million KWH per annum, but there is opportunity to achieve more, and this should be considered just the initial starting point for success.

The REPM must be able to work independently, communicate in a clear and concise manner and drive change with and through people, at different organizational levels and functional roles, across the Super Region, while capable of navigating effectively, Intel's internal change control process (CCB) to accelerate the proliferation of initiatives that meet the aligned success criteria

The effective integration between soft and hard (technical) skills for energy managers and energy teams is key to achieving business goals, the SREM will lead and support the local teams to deliver consistent energy reduction savings focusing on technology improvements with operations and Small Construction Works. The, SREPM is a key part of the Super region team.

**Here is what we’re looking for**:
An in depth of experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with BMS/SCADA control and Industrial processes such as, PCW / OFA, RODI, electrical distribution, generation, renewables and Exhaust systems
Must be able to clearly define and align success criteria, measurable metrics, control variables and proof of concept / pilot plan and support viable proposed initiatives. Selection will be supported based on the historical baseline data, identify the sites with highest value potential to implement pilot and proof of concept
