[RN] Our client is a rail transport solution provider.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE - PURCHASING

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to manage all purchasing activities that related to manufacturing operations of the company and ensure that the procurement events are strictly follow to the standard procedures of the company, as well as to undertake essential or high value and tender projects in the company.
- Responsible to manage all suppliers that related to manufacturing operations of the company, such as sourcing of new suppliers, registration of suppliers, evaluation of suppliers and exit of suppliers.
- Responsible to ensure products purchased are meeting to the relevant of requirements throughout various of quality control measures during the process of procurement.
- Responsible to monitor all importing and exporting activities that related to manufacturing operations of the company, including the latest of delivery status, tax issues and transportation issues.
- Responsible to manage and undertake manpower planning and manpower control for the purchasing team.
- Responsible to undertake the second party audit of suppliers to ensure that suppliers are meet the requirements of the company.
- Responsible for quality control of outsourced product, to fully utilize the external manufacturing resources reasonably, to reduce direct investment, to manage and ensure that quality of the products or services provided by the supplier meet to the requirements of the company.
- Responsible to establish the monthly and yearly budgetary for upcoming expenses, control of the interim funds and control of advance payment.
- Responsible to perform reporting to the management of the company and headquarter (ZELC).

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge in logistics, purchasing or supply chains management.
- Strong supplier sourcing skills and negotiation skills, able to maintain long-term and win-win working collaboration relationship with the suppliers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
