Ipoh, Malaysia Infinity Match Sdn. Bhd. Full time

To perform activities of purchasing heavy machinery spare parts, general items, and services which include coordinating with user department, sourcing the spare part or any equipment needed, negotiating and monitoring delivered product and shipment. (Most of the supplied from China and Taiwan)
- To assist in calling of tenders and prepare the cost summary upon negotiations.
- To liaise with foreign suppliers and agents, forwarders, transporters, Custom Department, and other government agencies for shipping / logistic requirements for import and export.
- To build and develop a reliable source of supply for the present and be well aware of future needs.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and highlight necessary purchase requests to the supervisor/manager to replenish depleting stocks.
- Monitor, control, plan and organize warehouse activities including all incoming and outgoing delivery
- To handle with priority the delivery of materials and equipment within the timeline of the requesters/user departments.
- Manage timely and analyze inventory data and procedure updates, FIFO, cycle counting, and stock accuracy.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, Word.
- Able to speak and write Mandarin is an advantage, as you will have the opportunities to deal with suppliers from China and Taiwan.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in Purchasing, Warehousing. Value-added for those who have experience in Logistic.
- Applicants must be willing to travel site to site in the Perak area.
- Has good negotiation & communication skills.
- Salary range is negotiable based on working experience.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
