Operations Admin Assistant

**Position Overview**:
To support the senior account assistant on daily data entry, filling and to ensure effective completion daily work for the department Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the organization run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. Responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team and coordinating various operational activities.
**Key responsibilities & duties**
- Responsible for data entry & documents filling
- In charge for data entry routine.
- Assist in conducting stock take at warehouse.
- To provide good customer service.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering telephones and directing calls, dispatch and clerical works.
- Assist in the management of inventory, including receiving and distributing materials, tracking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
- Conduct quality checks on products and services, reporting any issues or defects to the operations team.
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
- Maintaining and ensuring records are filed accordingly
- To prepare bills, invoices, DO and receiving documents
- To prepare all accounting & operations related documentation and work process
**Work experience and skills & Academic**
- **Minimum 2 year of working experience in the related field.**:
- Required language(s): Chinese ( is a must ), English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Do not mind to work extra mileage and highly commitment and responsibility to work.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
