1. Ensure that the Pass Office activities in accordance with the Standard Operation Procedure.

2. Work with other department or tenants to assist and ensure a smooth and efficient flow of their activities in utilizing the service lift as planning.

3. Direct and ensure the smooth flow of operations at the Pass Office area.

4. Direct and ensure that movement at Pass Office area is not obstructed at all time.

5. Direct and ensure that all the contractor, courier, delivery etc. making deliveries have approval/ request from tenant/ documentations and entering building within restricted/ permitted time only.

6. Cleanliness’ of the Pass Office are is to be maintained at all time.

7. All potential and real hazards (accident, incident & near miss) in the line of work is to be handled and reported immediately to the respective department.

8. Communicated with other departments or tenants on the Pass Office matters that need their concern.

9. Prioritize and execute tasks as instructed or with initiative effectively.

10. Work with Security Department in handling security issues at the Pass Office area.

11. Ensure that the Pass Office area is not used as a storage/ staging area, except with approval from management.

12. Ensure proper record being maintained on the incoming of a vehicle through Loading Area.

13. All access card must be properly keep and make sure the visitor return card.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
