Human Resources and Admin Manager

Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, recommending and improving the human resource policies, SOP, Employee Handbook and staff benefit
- Ensures Legal compliance to employment act; by conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
- Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program if necessary.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance; by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees and assess training needs.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, counseling employees and supervisors or other issues.
- Create, Improve and Execute the safety plan of the company to ensure a safe working environment.
- Nurture a positive and motivated working environment.
- Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
