- Processing of purchase order, invoice, etc.
- Engagement with financial team for operational budgeting
- Engagement with vendor and contractor related with purchasing

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Secondary School Qualification/STPM/Diploma Preferably Non-Executive specialized in clerical/Administrative support or a related field (_**Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply**_)
- Good in Computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and writing skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
